Antique Tomesode Kimono

Welcome to a special addition to the Rising Sun Imports online catalog. This spectacular piece is Yuzen dyeing and hand painting. The scene is a fabulous Temple with an actual view into one of the Temple rooms. The maple leaves, pine boughs and cherry blossoms are goregously detailed. There is also a drum on one side which leads me to believe that this piece could have been worn by a Geisha or some other dancing artist. Condition is outstanding with a few very light and small stains.
