The colors are amazingly vibrant and the hand emboidery on the cranes is quite remarkable and sumptuous, as the cranes beaks are embroidered in gold leaf thread. This piece really evokes the feeling of a fine Japanese screen. A Outstanding condition with just a bit of fading on the back black silk.
