Matching games are sometimes the subject of woodcut prints. The ornate clamshells used in this game stored in equally ornate boxes. This kimono design is augmented by metallic gold embroidery. It also has gold cord outlines and some gold paint.. The gown has five family crests in the ivy motif. The montsuki is fully lined and has a slightly padded hem.
